12:18. अदोनीराम नावाचा एक माणूस सर्व कामगारांवर देखरेख करत असे. तेव्हा राजा रहबामने त्याला लोकांशी बोलणी करायला पाठवले. पण इस्राएल लोकांनी त्याच्यावर इतकी दगडफेक केली की तो प्राणाला मुकला. तेव्हा राजाने आपल्या रथान बसून पळ काढला आणि तो यरुशलेम येथे आला.

12:18. King Rehoboam sent Adoniram, the supervisor of the work crews, out after them, but all Israel stoned him to death. King Rehoboam managed to jump into his chariot and escape to Jerusalem.
